Our Story
Our voyage into the realm of audio-visual expertise commenced in 2014, with the visionary leadership of our head technician, Dwayne. His passion for music led him to pursue a Diploma in Music, igniting a trajectory that would see him ascend to the forefront of the industry. Dwayne honed his craft as a live sound engineer, orchestrating seamless auditory experiences for a diverse array of events across Perth, Western Australia.
Subsequently, Dwayne's journey led him to prestigious roles within Tech2 and the esteemed Optus' O Team, where he assumed the pivotal position of head technician. Here, he not only showcased his technical prowess but also shared his wealth of knowledge by mentoring and training fellow professionals in the intricacies of television and audio installation, spanning both residential and commercial domains.
Following the closure of the O Team division, Dwayne embarked on his entrepreneurial venture, founding DTAV Services. As a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, DTAV Services proudly stands as an indigenous-owned and operated enterprise, deeply rooted in the ancestral lands of the Noongar people, known as Noongar Boodja.
